River Oak Road Addition

The interior and exterior of this addition blend perfectly with the preexisting shingle style home. A double-sided stone fireplace which bridges the family room and the patio now serves as the centerpiece for both the indoor and outdoor spaces of this house. The new family room includes a built-in window seat, stone fireplace, and kitchen pass through. The new and enlarged kitchen (which was more than doubled in size upon project completion) features a granite island and copper farmhouse sink.
